Ghostnote Guitar Lessons

Jaikob is a guitar tutor who has been teaching since 2013 with over a decade of experience playing and performing music. This has included a range of styles such as rock, pop, jazz, metal, and acoustic instrumental guitar.

Jaikob has completed a Bachelor of Music at UNSW where he studied composition and jazz performance with a specialisation in private teaching through the music pedagogy stream. He has also studied music production, with experience recording music ranging from rock bands to classical chamber ensembles.

As a tutor, Jaikob focuses on providing students with specific strategies in each lesson to help them meet their individual needs or goals. Besides helping students develop their playing technique, Jaikob aims to show students how the music they’re playing works and how to use this knowledge to expand their creativity.
